Production & Processing

Every item at H2Aura is custom made to order specifically for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, printing, and quality inspection before your order is dispatched. We take this time to ensure your personalized product meets our high-quality standards.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are determined by your delivery location and the specific items in your order. The final shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you have entered your shipping address. Please review the total cost carefully before completing your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Windows

Once your order has been handcrafted and dispatched, we aim for the following delivery windows:

United Kingdom: 3–7 Business Days

United States: 3–7 Business Days

Please note: These are estimated transit times provided by our carriers. While we strive to meet these windows, external factors like customs processing for US orders can occasionally cause slight variations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Because our products are personalized and made to order, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect or provide refunds for packages sent to an incorrectly provided address once they have been dispatched.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us at h2aurapod@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and provide a partial refund.
