Refund policy
Because every item at H2 AURA LIMITED is custom-manufactured specifically for you, we operate under a strict No Returns policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Custom Made-to-Order Items
All items are created through a bespoke process. Due to the personalized nature of these goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for "change of mind" or customer error during the ordering process.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. While we do not offer standard returns, we are committed to resolving issues involving faulty or incorrect items.
Reporting Period: You must contact us at h2aurapod@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Required Info: Please include your order number and clear photo evidence of the defect or the incorrect item received.
3. Resolution Process (Partial Refunds)
If a claim is verified by our team, we typically provide partial refunds rather than full refunds or exchanges.
Inspection: In certain cases, we may require the item to be returned for physical inspection.
Authorization: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. If a return is authorized, we will provide you with a shipping label.
4. Non-Returnable Exceptions
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:
- Personalized and custom-designed items.
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.
5. Refund Timeline
Once a partial refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at h2aurapod@gmail.com.
